Wipe and wash you walls and floors. Give all your trim a fresh and clean wash.
Drapes and window coverings should be cleaned. You'll probably find dust and cobwebs that have been there for years!
Floors and carpets will need a cleaning, and polishing. Make your home sparkle.
Paint colors can be a huge issue. Neutral colors look contemporary your home will appear updated even with our other big rents. Buyers now watch home shows incessantly. They are looking for picture perfect interiors. Yes...you can make your home look like a magazine without huge changes.
Curb appeal. It starts here! How bout some fresh dark mulch, a brightly colored arrangement and frsh mowed grass. Show your Buyers you care one the outside...it will beckon them to come throught your doors, where their first impression, should be lasting!
